Adhesives for external wall insulation, as a large amount of adhesives used in construction sites, should have the following properties:
① It has good water resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and atmospheric aging resistance. According to the requirements of China's current external wall insulation standards, it should be able to be used for more than 25 years.
② The bonding strength is not necessarily too high, but it must have good adhesion to inorganic and organic materials, that is, to hydrophilic and hydrophobic surfaces.
③ Easy to use, easy to prepare and construct on site, and has a long application period.
④ The price cannot be too high, and it can be accepted by the construction industry.
⑤ The tensile bonding strength with the expanded thermal insulation board refers to: the EPS board and the rigid foam polyurethane board are bonded with an adhesive, and the tensile bonding strength after being immersed in water for 48 hours shall not be less than 0.1 MPa, and the The rigid foam polyurethane board is destroyed first.
⑥ In addition to the same adhesive strength and pot life as the adhesive, it also requires better flexibility. For cement-based mortars, flexural strength ≥ 7.5 MPa, compressive strength / bending strength, that is, compressive folding ratio ≤ 3.0; for non-cement-based mortars, cracking strain ≥ 1.5%.
